Please edit the Affects Version/s field and select the specific Released Version you were using when you encountered the reported issue.

1. Wait until there is a countdown to an event, where there is a free character creator item everyday (maybe christmas)

2. Change the date on your computer to after all of the items would be unlocked

3. You can view the items before they are unlocked
