  1. Wait until there is a countdown to an event, where there is a free character creator item everyday (maybe christmas)

  2. Change the date on your computer to after all of the items would be unlocked

  3. You can view the items before they are unlocked

Expected results:

Nothing happens and you still can only see the ones on the previous date

I wish water and wind charges could go through copper grates.

Nevermind. This is entirely due to sever lag.

This is fixed in the latest release. I tried it today and it doesn't seem to happen anymore. 

For me, reloading the game gets you your rewards. 

The issue is resolved now, thank you.
