Can't equip reward items after completing an achievement

same problem anyone knew how to claim the reward

Tried before loading world also. Emptied market place cache and deleted all texture packs, without success. Fresh restart of the game also doesn't change it. Lock icon is open. Only buttons are 'view achievement, view reward, view achievement, etc' This is on the xbox series s.

I have the same issue, Windows 11.

I have the same issue, and I am on Windows 11. Various items cannot be collected on my end after unlocking the achievements associated with the items. No amount of reloading and waiting fixes this issue. I have items I have beaten the achievements for months ago that are still bugged.

I'm having the same issue on Android.  I'm on version 1.20.51.

I’m also having the same issue on windows 11. Not getting 3 emotes but having them unlocked.

I also got this issue thanks to the update. Also some other non achievement cosmetics that I owned before had to be redownloaded.

One thing I didn't mention is that I had all achievements done. I had claimed every item. But after the update some were just removed from my character and I can't claim or equip them anymore, despite owning them before.

I'm on 1.20.51 and can't equip new cosmetics or emotes. Older cosmetics and emotes I unlocked years ago work just fine, so does all the free Universal stuff but none of the new achievement stuff works. another item that is affected is the Blacksmith Gauntlet Gloves, at least its still bugged on my side.

Having the same issue in 1.21, it won't let me claim any of the achievement items from the new update, along with being glitched with some normal items marked as free.

Similar issue occurs with classic skins, as many of my purchased and/or custom skin packs do not display.

The issues with the persona customizer persisted through much of the fifteenth anniversary event and caused me to be unable to claim a multitude of items that were free at the time, including ones I had wanted.

I got to 100% on achievements after the last ones were added and managed to get all the rewards according to the game, but I’ve checked today and I found about 6 new achievement based items in the lists of all items, yet don’t appear next to an achievement in the achievements list and the will not identify which achievements they are connected to. I was able to collect two of them, but cannot collect the others. One I could get was the blacksmith apron. On I couldn’t get was a piece of headwear that seemed to be an autocrafter on top of an autocrafter. It would seem that new rewards have been added since the achievements were added and since I have completed them already I cannot claim them.

This is so frustrating because you grind for the achievements a lot and at the end the game doesn't gives you your rewards.
