Mc championship x minecraft event reset glitch when should be 100% complete

I logged onto the mc championship x minecraft event to complete the final task of the mystery cave. Everything was normal until once i had done the clapping emote to open the secret entrance to the castle everything reset. I hadnt properly realised this at the time except for at the top of my screen where it had previous said 6/7 tasks completed, it now said 0/7. I went through and complete the task and got to the end of ace race and this was when i reaslied everything had reset. My >7000 coins back to 7 and my progress to unlock the cape now said 7% instead of 100%. I went into my dressing room and i still had everything i unlocked from the task excpet the cape which should now be unlocked. Please can you restore all my progress and fix this issue so other players dont have to experience the frustrasion i have. I have put a lot of time and effort into completing all the tasks this past week and have logged in everyday just to be dissapointed at the end. I have attached images as proof that i have already completed everything. Thank you for your time and consideration.
