Same problem. They are only "close" my ticket for duplicate... GG mojang.

Reports are resolved as duplicates because only 1 ticket is needed to track the issue. Please read the Bug Tracker Guidelines for more information on how to properly use the bug tracker.

All progress reset after getting last cave painting. Finishing off all the cave paintings again did not replicate the issue but also did not finish the challenge for the cape as all minigame progress has been completely reset too. I don't have it in me to redo that as well due to every server now running at about 5fps

There is no place I can contact regarding this matter. The communication links you sent are generally unreachable in the region where I live (Türkiye).

I think this process will be ignored since there is only a short time left until the event ends. Can we talk to someone who can help us with this? You said you couldn't view our accounts, so I'm saying this. Microsoft Support is unavailable due to the situations I mentioned above.

I completed all the missions before the last one, and when I got to the last mission, I did the missions in a mixed manner. When I came to the 7th day mission, I completed the course and talked to and kissed the frog (XD). Meanwhile, I remember pressing the keyboard keys quickly. Then the quests were most likely reset. (last quest[all] or all quests)

Then I tried to return to the lobby, but the portal and the item in my hand did not work. So I quit the game.

Then, when I entered the game, all missions seemed to be 94% completed, so I went to Ace Race and all missions were reset (This may sound a little ridiculous, but this was the situation.)

Then I left the game. When I logged in again, the tasks were reset to zero. And it stayed that way. It's currently recording everything I do. So after the reset there is no problem, but not knowing whether this will happen again makes me unsure whether to do the tasks or not.

I haven't seen this mentioned, so I'll add this info. I went back to check my game today, and still no cape. So I equip my 15th anniversary cape, but it is renamed to 15 Year cape. Could this be a part of the bug?? Picure posted above.

The latest for me: I redid the events in the game and got the final reward (cape) without any problems. [I use Google translate.] However, I really want this issue to be resolved.
