I took a long time to complete the challenge list in the MCC campaign, but all my completed challenges and my coins are gone, I don't want to spend a lot of time to complete these challenges again, I want my progress to be restored.

This happened after I quit during the Melt Down game, but I'm not sure it wasn't the cause because my progress wasn't cleared when I tried to reproduce the Bug again.

You would need to contact the MCC server operators yourself to ask if you are on the list. We cannot do that for you through this bug tracker.
Also, publishing a list of all user name would be a violation of privacy rules.
