Earlier today I completed every challenge except for 2. I teleported back to the lobby and was rubberbanded immediately and could not open my menu or anything. I then hard closed. And came back a little while later. When I got back on the server to try to complete the yellow hat challenge for meltdown, all my progress and cosmetics were gone from the server. I have all the character creator rewards less the yellow one as I hadn't completed that one yet. I've closed and reset my xbox but nothing has changed. I have a picture of the character creator rewards I have claimed, and 2 pictures showing my cleared cosmetics and progress. Please help!

Somewhat, but this post does not mention the rubberband issue I encountered when I returned to the lobby. I had just played grid runners, completed the challenge for painting blocks wearing the purple hat, returned to lobby, and everyone spawning in, including myself, were rubber banding uncontrollably. In addition to that, I could not access the game menu at all so I had to hard close my xbox. When I returned later, all progress and cosmetics had been wiped.
