[MCPE-184764] When a parrot is standing on the player's shoulder, the player cannot enter the nether portal normally

I was playing my Realm with my friend and found that the nether portal suddenly didn't work, and I found that my parrot was standing on my shoulder. When I shook the parrot off my shoulder, I found that the nether portal could be work again. I think this is a game bug because my friend also encountered the same problem
