Memory bug on panels with xbox

On xbox systems in our realm, when opening the input for a panel (clicking on panels) instead of showing the actual text or empty page, there shows up the text of the last edited panel or the name of last object used. This text is replacing the text of actual panels.
The bug persist since 1.21 update. It happens also if loaded in single player mode with xbox.
Nintendo Switch and Android Devices does not have this bug.
