Noteblock can't get detected by Observer

Noteblock doesn't get detected by Observer. I had to use Bells for the 1 time activation and it pains me to hear bells everytime the comparitor in my compact crafter activates. Pls Mojang, give us the ability to make this comes true as it does exists on Java.
