[MCPE-184893] Crawl mode activated when sneak and jump onto stonecutter

I was jumping around in my base while sneaking made me crawl even when there was 1 7/16 of a block to sneak in since a stonecutter is 1 pixel taller than a slab.

I can confirm in 1.21.2 but not 1.21.30.21 on Windows. This was probably fixed with MCPE-180810 as the stonecutter have the same height as a bed.

I cannot repro in 1.21.20.24 either.
