I've been meaning to report this bug 4 years ago but back then I didn't know how. I've seen other people with this issue but some people don't, and ever since the last time I used the cape, I unequipped it and then later only the pan cape was shown. I don't remember exactly when it happened, but my founders cape randomly disappeared. I don't own the skin pack with the founders cape or any other minecon cape skin packs, but when capes were added to the minecraft bedrock character creator, I just had the founders cape and the pan cape un til it just randomly disappeared.
