So, Basically both Java edition and Bedrock edition have Ominous Bottles that give the bad omen effect in 5 different tiers. Level 1 to 5. There is a ominous bottle for each level of the effect. In Java this makes sense, since raids sizes scales with both the world difficulty and the amplifier of Bad omen and prior to 1.21.0 one had to kill 5 raid captians to get bad omen 5 and have the biggest and hardest raid. However this doesn't apply to bedrock edition. In Bedrock raids size only scale with the world difficulty. Even if you have bad omen 5 the raid size and difficulty stays the same, unless you change the world difficulty. This effectively makes the ominous bottles that give bad omen 2 to 5 useless on the Bedrock edition.
A sollution to this would be for bedrock: reworking the omnious bottles so there is only one that gives bad omen level 1. Since the other ones are pointless due to having the same effect.
For Java this is a bit different: I would remove the omnious bottles that give bad omen 2 to 5. and make it so that drinking a ominous bottle while already having a tier of bad omen would increase the amplifier by 1 up to 5. This would kinda bring back the older system of killing 5 raid captians to get bad omen 5.
All of this however becomes invalid, if you tell me that the raid scaling from java will come to bedrock in the next update or so.

Ok just checked the wiki of trail omen. Sorry I didn't notice or know that. But it still makes raid omen level 2-5 useless you know...

Raids function differently in Java and Bedrock editions, but unfortunately they do not meet the following criteria to be tracked on this bug tracker:
The feature affected by the parity issue is present in both Bedrock Edition and Java Edition in the latest release or development version
The feature behaves differently in one edition than in the other
The parity issue was introduced in Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14 / Java Edition 1.15) or later and was not present before
Any parity issue that does not meet these criteria will not be tracked on the bug tracker and should instead be reported on the Minecraft Feedback Discord server.
