If you import a world, you will find the Always Active command block doesn't work.If want to let them rework,you must set Needs Redstone first,then they will rework.
And interestingly, if you switch the command block with the bug from Always Acitve to Needs Redstone and back again, the bug goes away.
After testing, the latest beta and preview version still has this bug.
