Unable to see my main hand inventory, HUD, coordinates and other data

Edit: Though I first tested this issue on a creative, addon-packed world, now I tested on a Survival, normal mode and the same issue happens (as you can see on my latest screenshot).

press F1 or press Escape > settings > video > show hud

I'm unable to reproduce this. Please see if the solution provided by @unknown fixes the issue.
