In Java Edition, the quantity of parrot loot is affected by the Looting enchantment, but in Bedrock Edition it is not.
Steps to reproduce:
Obtain a diamond sword:
/give @s diamond_sword 1Enchant the sword with Looting III:
/enchant @s looting 3Spawn a parrot:
/summon parrot ~ ~ ~Kill the parrot
Repeat several times
Observed result:
Parrots only drop 2 feathers maximum.
Expected result:
Parrots drop more than 2 feathers sometimes.
