I can't access my realm. in update 1.21.20 the problem started and in 1.21.21, which was supposed to solve this problem, it only got worse. the realm does not appear and when it does appear, there is an error when trying to enter. please resolve it soon...

eu continuo com o realm sem poder acessar por mostrar dentro do jogo que o servidor realm está expirado, mas, fiz o pagamento dia 06/08, e faz 12 dias que nao consigo jogar por falha da mojang. a microsoft acusa que a assinatura esta ativa ate dia 05/08/2024.
