Health Bar Down Half a Heart even when full hunger

Hi I have two questions do you have any modifiers like texture packs or mods active or commands? Take them off.  Second have you tried dyeing to reset. assuming you are not playing hardcore mode?

and if that does not work, I would suggest trying to eat something that gives you the regeneration effect and if that fails make a backup and going in creative and resetting your health to full. If not let me know.
