I was playing survival, my hunger bar was full, but the HP bar says that I have 9 and 1/2 hearts. Supposably, it should be 10.
Steps to reproduce:
Create world with the difficulty set to Hard
Take damage from mob (drowned or some others) until health is below maximum.
Wait for your health to start regenerating, eat food if necessary to keep regenerating health
Observed result:
Your health regenerates until 19 HP (9 1/2 hearts).
Expected result:
Your health regenerates fully.

Are you using any add-ons? If so, which ones (name and creator), and does the issue still occur if those are removed?

In fact, this bug also appears when you set the difficulty to Easy & Normal. Now my version is 1.21.23.

As shown at the top of this report, the issue is reportedly fixed in 1.21.30.22 preview. So you might expect that the fix will be available when 1.21.30 is released, though this is not guaranteed. Please do not comment further asking when the bug will be fixed, or that it still occurs in a 1.21.2X version as this is already known.
