Tree in nether reactor

There was a tree in the nether reactor when I built it. If I am correct, the tree should have been replaced with air. I don't really think this is a big issue, and I don't know how to reproduce this. Thanks!

Confirmed for 0.10.4 on iPhone 6 plus (iOS 8.2). Explanation: blocks are not replaced with air in the upper floors of the netherrack spire, unlike the first (reactor) level.

Confirmed June 15, 2015 on Samsung Galaxy S4 (phone) Android 5.0.1 MCPE 0.11.1 (June 11, 2015 version). The main floor of the nether reactor was cleared out. The levels above it still included parts of the structures that were there before activating the reactor.

As Illidicia suggests, it is likely that the empty space inside the upper levels are not cleared out during generation of the nether tower.

Also as others suggest, this could be a "Works As Intended" bug feature.

Nether reactors can no longer be activated.
