It is not possible to enter the mcpe without internet, the game returns a message saying: "Minecraft pocket edition stopped"! When activating the internet it comes in good!
Please correct this bug soon, I do not have internet at home, and I like to play offline.

You're playing the beta, right? The reason you are being disconnected, I think is because you need to be a member of the Google+ group to play it.
Google+ = Website
Website needs Internet
Website - Internet = Error.
