"This world was created using a template that you have not unlocked" message even though template was purchased

I was going to play my recently updated Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom Adventure map and for some odd reason it didn't let me play it because it said "This world was created using a template that you have not unlocked" even though I have purchased it from awhile back it's also happening to my other packs that I bought also I even got screenshots of the bug happening right In front of me.
