Actionbar text displays after a world has been reloaded and in different worlds.
Steps to Reproduce:
Run the below command in any world.
/title @a actionbar Hello World
Exit and reenter the world.
Observed Results:
The text lingers between worlds.
Effects /title actionbar and /titleraw actionbar
title and subtitle are unaffected.
Restarting Minecraft fixes the issue.
Expected Results:
After the actionbar text disappears it won't reappear when the world is exited.
