i have a hopper minecart system that has the minecart sitting and waiting a the track next to a block to get power and move. Then when i power the block to move the minecart the minecart moves but when it comes back it stops just before the powered block like there is an invisible minecart there. to get it to work set it up and leave there area and come back a few times.
