I saved game with raid happening and after update still it shows grayed out raid bar.
I tried restarting but didn't work and then tried again drinking raid potions but that also didn't work.

Can confirm, affects 1.21.51. This randomly occurred to me on one of my test worlds, so I've attached a copy of the affected world. There aren't specific steps that can be taken to reproduce this, but I'll try my best to describe what I did leading up to this.
Steps to reproduce:
Locate a village and drink an ominous potion.
Leave the world and rejoin.
Tab out of the game/leave the world as the raid is starting.
Rejoin.
Observed results:
You'll see an empty raid bar at the top of your screen that will never disappear.
Expected results:
The raid bar should not be grayed out and never disappear. Since you're in the middle of a raid, it should continue and function as normal.
