User Skin Resets Upon Re-Logging

Every time I log into the game my skin is reset to one of the 9 default skins. It olny effects the skin I was using when I logged out. I've tested this to see if it's an issue with the skin but the problem occurs regardless if its a classic skin or a user-made skin.
