Visual continuation of rain, even when mobs burn during the day.

Occasionally, especially during a long time (1 to 3 hours) online on a world, rain will seem to visually persist even though undead mobs are burning. Despite the rain seeming to be a visual glitch where it doesn't go away even when the game has clear weather, the riptide enchantment still works. I've found that once this glitch occurs, the rain never stops until the game is reopened.
