Spider eye doesn't drop if a tamed wolf kills a spider or cave spider

I could confirm

Steps to reproduce

1. Take Spider, Cave spider & wolf spawn egg and place down to spawn 1 wolf

2. Tame the wolf with a bone and equip the wolf armor

3. Place down using Spider/Cave spider spawn egg and hit it to attack from wolf until the spider dies

Observed Result: When a tamed wolf to kill some spiders, The spider eye does not drop the loot

Expected Behavior: When a tamed wolf to kill some spiders, The spider eye would be drop the loot

This issue was introduced before Buzzy Bees (Bedrock Edition 1.14.0), so may be a invalid parity issue.

While this may be a parity issue, it still seems like a valid bug for other reasons.
