World Glitch Caused by Restart

During a multiplayer game, my computer unexpectedly restarted while my friend was in the Nether and I was in the Overworld. After my restarting, it caused the game world to glitch, leading to overlapping structures and terrain, with mysterious holes appearing on the ground.
