As I mentioned in the summary, the world-generating load screen stucks for a long time. This only happens when every Deferred Rendering pack is enabled in the resource pack section
What I tried to fix this is
-Restarting my PC
-Reparing Minecraft preview from windows’ advanced settings
-Updating my AMD GPU driver's software to the latest version(24.8.1)
-Reinstalling preview, downgrading version to 1.21.30.24
-Pressing F5 to refresh and change the GUI scale to any level
-Trying to find the same issue reported in this website
-Using non-PBR(Like crop add-ons) packs and see if the same freezing issue occurs;it never occurred
And after finishing loading the world, it looks different from what it really looks like. For example, water texture, pbr-blocks looks like nonPBR blocks and color grading became weird.

I am unable to reproduce this in the latest preview, is it still an issue? If so, please attach one of the shader packs that this occurs with.
