my items in my hoppers on my item sorter disappear when they are sorting

No one could possibly evaluate your issue without more information. I understand your frustration with the file upload size limit, but that is out of our control and the pinned comment from @unknown already gives a workaround for that.

If you find it impossible to get a video to show the issue happening, we could try to work with screenshots that show the build and the problem spot(s), and a fuller explanation of what is happening.
