This issue also make custom imported skins, emotes and capes to be reset
How to reproduce
Create new character in character creator*
Import custom 64x64 /or 128x128 skin
Equip one of the owned capes
Close the game
Re-open the game
Go to “Dressing Room”
Observed Results
character you had created has changed hair color to brown, eyes color to blue, lip color to brown and eyebrows color to brown
custom skin that has imported is now replaced by default skin
The owned cape that was equipped is became invisible now
