There is no animation when getting honeycomb with the scissors, there is only static

Can confirm, reproduced this on Windows. Relates to MCPE-52105

Steps to reproduce:

1. Shear a full beehive on Java.

2. Shear a full beehive on bedrock.

Observed results:
On java, shearing the beehive will play a hand swing animation, meanwhile on bedrock this animation is absent.

Expected results:
Like on java, a hand-swinging animation will play when shearing a beehive.
