[MCPE-186447] when i go to join your servers like cubecraft it keeps saying unable to join and my ping doesnt show

when i try to join yalls cubecraft server it keeps saying unable to join to world. but my wifi is good but my ping still wont load im so confused and dont know what to do i need help
