The tap operation selects a joystick and a crosshair, but it is actually a joystick and a tap. This problem has been solved since 1.21.20.20 and has not been cured.

Is the problem that you have no joystick? It looks like you may be using a resource pack to show the compass and clock. Does the problem still occur if you remove the resource pack?
