[MCPE-186461] Pitcher Crops Grow Without Water

Pitcher crops, after being planted in farmland, continue to grow without a water source.

This is inconsistant to other crops which require water to grow.

They are classed as a Tall Flower, therefore don't require water to grow.

What sense does that make?

A hydrated farmland is not required for crops to grow, but they grow faster on it compared to a dry farmland.
