2.Rename it §[any letter you want]

Can confirm, affects 1.21.23. Reproduced this on Windows.
Observed results:
Any item that has been renamed using just the formatting code, will result in said item being nameless.
Expected results:
If there is no text following the formatting code, it should display its name as "§[followed by the letter of your choosing]".
