So, hoping that this is the first ticket (i didn't see any other posts about this problem). Me and my girlfriend play together in a world I host. I play on windows and she plays on Ipad, so we use the latest minecraft bedrock update available. I already tried solving this issue with minecraft help center via email but we couldn't find a solution and suggest to write here.
The problem is, for almost 2 weeks now, whenever my girlfriend joins my world (i should say worlds) she is immediately seen as another player and not recognized as her real account. This problem makes her lose every single progress she had, in fact, she lost all of her inventory and xp when she joined the first time, as well as her skin (from my perspective only) wasn't the one she actually had.
We have tried lots of things, everything that i could think of: i tried loading up an old backup and it didn't work, i tried making a copy, i tried making another world, we both tried changing accounts, i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, i tried changing minecraft version and none of this worked.
What worked in seeing her as her "normal" account again was either play in a world hosted by her or in a world hosted by someone else. Everything seemed perfect the moment I wasn't the host. So this led me to believe that I, in some way, was the problem. I tried changing internet connection, i tried looking into updates i may have missed, i tried looking in network settings as well as my account settings in hope that i could've changed something, but nothing was different.
I now have no idea what to do. So i hope that anyone could give me some ideas on how to proceed. I'll attach some photos, if you need anything else i can give.

I mean, it literally is not the same. While the inventory gets wiped clean and the exp is gone in either problems. My problem is much more straightforward. She is seen as a second player, always in lan and there is no reverting back from that. They all have a problem with the player saves but none of them says anything about being seen as a different player. I'll post under that post as well (and it's a year old so i hope you are still considering it).
