Fireball sets entities on fire

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. /fill ~-10 ~-1 ~-10 ~10 ~ ~10 glass (because glass cannot be on fire)

  2. /summon ghast

  3. Wait for ghast to shoot you.

Observed Results: In Bedrock Edition, players will be on fire, while not in Java Edition.

Expected Results: Players should not be on fire like Java Edition.

Relates to MCPE-153769, but not the same per discord discussion.

This is a parity issue before the Buzzy Bees update, so it should be Invalid.

Can confirm.

agoodday233: Just because a bug doesn't meet the parity issue requirements, does not mean that the issue is automatically invalidated, as in this instance, the behavior documented is not expected.

@@unknown: According to the label and description, the issue is clearly reported as a parity issue, so it should meet the requirements. As a parity issue, it is invalid.

agoodday233: The disparity in this instance is mostly to show how on one edition it behaves like it should (intentional behavior), meanwhile, on the other, it doesn't (a bug). A parity issue that precedes the Buzzy Bees update will be a feature that, by game design, differs between editions, and will usually not have an overall impact on gameplay.

@@unknown: Per MC-176741, which is considered a valid bug in Java Edition, not setting on fire is more likely to be intentional. Also, setting on fire is more intuitive, as fireball is on fire.
