Bamboos are getting thinner at the part that start showing the leaves. Here I have some screenshots and the seed that I saw it is: 1723446552170880748. You may spawn in a jungle, then look at the bamboos. It may affect other versions. This bug affects natural spawning bamboos that spawn when you enter a world for the first time, and affect bamboos that have 3 blocks of bamboo with leaves at the top. But some bamboos, like the bamboos with 2 bamboos with leaves on top and some 3 leaves bamboo blocks, they don't have that bug, but some 3 leave bamboo blocks have.

Just as in real life bamboo (and most trees), Minecraft "bamboo" will be thinner near the top.
It is not clear why you think this is a bug.

I thinked this was a bug because it like just some pixels get offset, and the rest are normal, and it's a bit strange for me.
