[MCPE-167790] Bamboo generates with top piece having smaller width than lower ones

If you find a bamboo forest you'll see that some of the top bamboos have a smaller width compared to the lower ones.

I reported this bug too at MCPE-186804, but the bot said I duplicated this issue I'm commenting. A mod said on my issue that it was like real life, that bamboos get thinner at the top, but I still think that's a bug. It's so offset, and it could be the same thickness of the rest of the bamboo.
