[MCPE-188091] Naturally generated bamboo resets its size when ending

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Find a naturally generated bamboo.

2. Look at its higher part.

Observed Results:
The ending part of the bamboo resizes and its missplaced

Expected Results:
The ending part of the bamboo should not resize, and should be positioned correctly
