When I updated to the latest version apart from seeing that my performance is worse I also noticed that my mobs acted weird and now I see this, 2 villagers in the same bed when there is another one just to the side that no villager had taken

This sounds like MCPE-176528, which was fixed some time ago. If you break and replace the bed does it continue to occur? Are you able to reproduce the issue with other villagers or villages in the current version?
