Bundles disappeared, can’t create them or give them with commands

Immediately following the release of 1.21.40.23 bundles and all of its color variants disappeared completely. I could no longer craft them with string and leather, and wasn’t able to put one in my inventory with the /give command either. The bundles that had previously existed in my inventory (both filled and unfilled of different colors) completely disappeared as well.
