FPS Lag Stutter / Freezing Issue

Hello, recently, there is this issue that I have been dealing with such as constant frame stutters or freezing, now mind you, this cannot be because of my device because my device is a moto g stylus 2024, which is a latest model phone with a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with a 120hz refresh rate, and I have also tried to use the pre installed third party app such as Moto Gametime to boost it's performance on turbo, and even going to graphics driver on the developer options to set it on system graphics driver. But none of it worked, as the issue still persists, so, I resorted to going to the game settings and disabling most of my video settings such as fancy graphics, disabling clouds, etc, reducing my chunk size to the lowest possible, and having my framerate capped to unlimited. Still, none worked, so then I tried to maybe perhaps tone down my framerate down just a little? Nope, that didn't work either. I even tried to use resource packs that's supposed to reduce the lag or fix my stutter issue, but none of my options worked.

So I gave up and resorted to reporting this issue right now in hopes this would get fixed soon, because right now I am disappointed with the experience.
