every time I log into Minecraft on Xbox my skins change to random things. Sometimes it's small sometimes it's big for example small things include colour changes of hair facial hair and eyes big things include totally different skins that I have not equipped.

For the smaller issue where eye, facial and hair colo(u)rs changing, it's being tracked on MCPE-183453.
For the bigger issue, if it was default characters (Ari, Alex, Steve, Zuri, etc), it's being tracked on MCPE-185386
