Creepers Spawn right behind players withing a few blocks.

Creepers Spawn right behind players within a few blocks. This has been an issue for a very long time... and it happened to me a ridiculous amount of times... Whenever I'm doing activities such as chopping down trees or walking around the landscape... it always ends badly. There is no way this is a "intended game design" since creepers just randomly explode behind me right after they just spawn in (they somehow manage to not be there even though I always make sure if there's any mobs by changing the camera perspectives) AND recently something interesting happened. it was a creeper spawning in right behind me while I was chopping down a tree in third person mode... it was only about 2-3 blocks away and exploded immediately... not only killing me but also creating a big gap on a flat landscape...

Problem:
Creepers Spawn just a few blocks away from players (mostly from behind around 2-3 blocks away)

Solution:
Creepers not spawning right behind players, but spawning far away instead... making it not only better, more realistic and also less annoying.

I also attached a video now since pictures aren't enough for describing the problem. ( which took hours to get it on video) I am also sorry for the quality, but its clearly visible that there's a chance of creepers spawning right behind you. (and yes I checked my surroundings earlier in the video, there wasn't any creeper in sight).

Please attach a video that shows the Creeper actually spawning, or some other design that "captures" the Creeper after it spawns so it can be determined that it was closer than expected.
Since Creepers make no sound, you might not notice them until they are close (or explode) even though they spawned farther away.

The video shows the Creeper approaching, but it does not actually show it spawning, so it is impossible to tell how far away it was when it spawned. Please attach a video that shows the Creeper initially spawning.

The creeper in the video was not approaching. I am pretty sure that the reason why creepers spawned a few blocks next to me is because of a different players mob spawning radius (I was playing multiplayer that day a week ago).

Let me describe how it exactly happened:

I was chopping down a tree in the "third person back" camera mode (the camera mode where you are able to see your surroundings) and a creeper straight up spawned just a few blocks next to/behind me. The creeper was not approaching. I always check my surroundings at night or dark areas (where the light levels are low enough for monsters to spawn). (even if it is on easy mode). I also forgot to mention that I was playing Multiplayer with a friend at that time. I think there is a possibility that the creeper spawned right next to me was because of the other player in the game. Since Mobs spawn depending on the surrounding block types, the light levels, and the player detection radius... and more. I've been playing the game for more than a decade and I can tell that creepers shouldn't be spawning this close to a Player. The video I attached was very hard do capture because I was playing by myself and not with any players. This was the closest footage I could get on camera after hours of playing in third person mode.

Are you able to provide a code analysis or other footage that does indeed show that creepers are actually spawning closer to the player than they should? As Umija mentioned, the video just shows the creeper coming into view when it's too late, so we do not know whether the creeper spawned much farther away, but out of view (possibly behind a tree) so that you never noticed it creeping up on you.

The easiest way to prove that this is a bug would be by using a flat world (or a flat open area with no vegetation or places for creepers to hide) and comparing the spawn radius of all the other hostile mobs to that of the creepers'. You could also use a second account to observe whether creepers are intentionally spawning extremely close to the player.
