The pale garden sky transition appears to be missing. It cuts to the pale sky when moving into the Pale Garden instead of slowly transitioning.

Steps to reproduce:
Locate a pale garden biome.
Look up to the sky when entering it from an adjacent biome.
Observed results:
There is no transition.
Expected results:
There should be a transition.
