Moss carpet can be mined faster with sword, but pale moss carpet cannot. This is also a parity issue with Java Edition.
Steps to Reproduce:
Get mining fatigue effect by command
/effect @p mining_fatigue 60 2Mine moss carpet and pale moss carpet with nothing
Mine moss carpet and pale moss carpet with sword
Compare mining speeds of moss carpet and pale moss carpet
Observed Results:
Without sword, mining speeds of moss carpet and pale moss carpet were identical. But when player held sword, moss carpet was be mined faster than pale moss carpet, which means that pale moss carpet cannot be mined faster with sword.
Expected Results:
Pale moss carpet should be able to be mined faster with sword just like moss carpet.

Sword is no longer efficient to break Moss Carpet.
