Pale oak saplings cannot be composted, which is inconsistent with other types of saplings. This also breaks parity with Java Edition.

1. Place a composter

2. Try to put pale oak saplings in it

Observed Results:
Pale oak saplings cannot be composted

Expected Results:
Pale oak saplings should be able to be composted.
