[MCPE-187517] Pale Oak Hanging Sign & Pale Oak Boat with Chest item is not updated

While mentionned in the change log, the textures in reality have not been changed.

No difference can be seen from last beta to this one.

These textures seem to have been changed in 1.21.50.25 Preview. So is it still an issue?
